Early Years & Primary Professional Learning

Bring STEM to Life in Your Classroom

Discover the wonder of STEM with SSERC’s hands-on professional learning, designed specifically for Early Years and Primary practitioners.  We bridge the gap between the Curriculum for Excellence and the classroom through engaging practical activities that spark curiosity and motivate learners.

We offer SSERC Meets with kit boxes sent to your setting at no cost, webinars, self-study and in-person STEM professional learning.

Join us to gain the confidence, resources, and curriculum-linked activities you need to deliver inspirational STEM experiences.

What is a SSERC Meet?

No cost, collaborative, practical STEM - a SSERC Meet is an interactive twilight session with resources.

  • No cost to your setting - fully funded by the Edina Trust and the Scottish Government
  • Resource box - we send a kit box of resources to your setting
  • No need to travel - delivered on Teams from 3:30 – 5:00 pm
