School technicians play a vital role in delivering safe, engaging practical learning. Techné, SSERC’s virtual network for school technicians in Scotland, connects colleagues, enables idea exchange, and supports the sharing of professional expertise.
Whether you are developing your skills or bringing years of experience, connecting with other technicians offers opportunities to ask questions, share practical approaches and learn from one another.
Through Techné, technicians can participate in online discussions, share useful tips and keep informed about professional learning opportunities. A question about equipment or a practical activity can also start a conversation that benefits colleagues elsewhere.
SSERC encourages school technicians to explore the network and contribute their knowledge. Please also share this opportunity with colleagues who may find it useful.
SSERC is a Company Limited by Guarantee and a registered educational charity.
