This first section involves the reaction of hydrogen peroxide with different metal compounds  – first simply seeing the time taken for the foam (produced by detergent) to reach a specific height (50 cm3) and then looking at the relative rate of reaction.

Changing the concentration of potassium iodide

Here is data from some similar experiments but using a solution of potassium iodide so the concentration of catalyst can be varied.
