SSERC has several rooms available for hire. including some hot desk and fixed desk rental for short, medium and long term use. All rooms have free WiFi, data-projector and screen, flip-chart, natural light and blinds and drinking water fountain. Hearing loops on request. Conference Telephone on request.

The venue was a great space to have for the day and seemed to fit all our purposes. There was a lot of space and we were all able to use the space to interact with each other as much as we wanted. The main room where we were presented to was set out well and all the artwork throughout the buildings was great! Catering

Tea/coffee and biscuits are provided. £2.50 per serving. (Please inform us of any special dietary requirements).

Lunch requirements can be ordered with our regular outside caterer, or the caterer of your choice. Prices from £6-10 per head for sandwiches, savoury snacks and mini-cakes and fruit juice. Function menus can be arranged from £12-19 per head.

There is a refrigerator available to store food appropriately.
