As of April 2026, there are now various options for membership.
This has not changed. If you work in a school, college or other institution in Scotland that has a SSERC membership, just apply as normal.
This is for institutions (schools and colleges) outside of the UK. It applies to all employees of the organisation and there are two tiers: 1) Access to all the members-only areas of the website. 2) Access as above but also access to our advisory service.
This is also aimed at those working outside the UK. But aimed at individual teachers (or technicians). Each membership, eg Chemistry, will allow access to our resources for that individual and that subject only.
