There is a wide range of chemicals used in Biology. Health and safety information on them can be found in the Hazardous Chemicals section of this website. Ones which have a more general use, such as sodium hydroxide, can be found under the starting letter of their names. There are some, though, that are used almost exclusively in the realms of biology.
