ASE Scotland will be running several on-line events during this academic year, to support STEM educators and technicians.  Please see below details one of the events in November.  And we are looking forward to our Annual Meeting on Saturday 13 March – whether it be in person or on-line!

ASE Scotland Online Primary TeachMeet  Thursday, 12 Nov 2020, 17:30 – 19.00

This event is for Primary educators with a focus on how you can use some of the many resources out there with pupils in the current situation

This event will focus on Primary Science and will benefit all Primary Teachers, especially those who are in their first year of Teaching or whose PGDE year has been interrupted by the pandemic.

This teachmeet will be the first in a series to be run over the next year focusing on good practice in the primary classroom. In this session we will be focusing on the range of teaching strategies both formal and informal that are available e.g., Primary Practical Science in the age of Covid, Pedagogies, transferable skills, curricular content and sustainability There will be a number of short presentations and a Q&A session, feel free just to come and listen or even present..
